2. Service: Free registration yields a personal Ambassador Pass after e-mail confirmation. Paid tiers change visual material styling only (digital).
3. Contract & payment: Contract with MSAM.media - Thomas Liebl (Einzelunternehmen). Payment via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., 1 Grand Canal Street Lower, Dublin 2, Irland. Contract formed on successful Stripe checkout.
4. Prices: titanium_orbit: €3; pulsar_blue: €5; deep_space_blue: €8; stellar_black: €13; cosmic_amber: €21. All stated prices are final EUR amounts. No VAT is shown (§ 19 UStG small business regulation).
5. Checkout: Total price and obligation to pay are shown in Stripe checkout before purchase.
6. Availability: Subject to technical operation and maintenance.
7. Liability: As permitted under applicable law; unlimited liability for intent, gross negligence, and injury to life/body/health.
8. Right of withdrawal (consumers): You may withdraw within fourteen days without giving reasons, starting from contract conclusion.
9. Effects of withdrawal: If withdrawal is effective, both parties must return received performances; for digital content, compensation may apply if you requested early performance.
10. Loss of withdrawal right for digital content: If you expressly agree that performance (unlocking the material tier) begins before the withdrawal period ends and acknowledge that the right ends once the digital service is fully provided, the right may expire upon full delivery. This consent is collected in Stripe Checkout via the mandatory terms checkbox.
